Our service area covers anywhere in Washington (travel fees and possible lodging may apply).

PG & SG can handle groups of 15-1000, giving you exceptional service at every level. By purchasing the alcohol for your event, you have complete control over selection, cost and amounts. We can consult with you on suggestions for what alcohol, mixers and garnishes to purchase. We make it as easy for you as possible: just purchase the alcohol you want to serve, have glassware on hand & we’ll do the rest, including setting up the bar and bringing ice.

Bubbly & Stout is a bartending service featuring Luigi is a 1976 fully restored Piaggio Ape, retrofitted with 4 taps and can service up to 150 guests. Have more than 150 guests? Add Guido (custom beverage cart setup with 2 taps and can service up to 60 guests) to the party! My Little Dahlia is a bartending service featuring Dew Drop, a vintage-style camper bar. Hand-crafted pine bartops and trim, distressed shiplap white walls, pendant lights, and vintage decor adorn Dew Drop, bringing a warm charm to any gathering. Dew Drop is equipped with 2 ice sinks, 2-beer taps and the best bar service on wheels. Serving wine, champagne, cocktails, mocktails, draft beer, cider, tea and espresso coffee. The camper bar can serve up to 200 guests with two bartenders inside. Dimensions: 14’ long x 6’ wide.

Daybreak features an all-inclusive espresso bar, hot chocolate or cold brew bar. Looking for something a little more extravagant? Let’s create a custom Cold Brew Latte or shake it up with Topo Chico Teas for your event! We also offer carafes of iced teas, cold brew coffee, kombucha or a mix of pre-made beverages kept cool or hot in thermal containers.
